From Vision to Reality: How Public-Private Partnerships Help Communities Flourish

The Altamonte Global Innovation Lab (AGīL), in partnership with NAIOP, invites NAIOP professionals to participate in an AGīL Executive Forum exploring how major development projects come to life in Altamonte Springs and the role that partnerships with the private sector play in delivering projects in our communities.

This session will feature a fireside chat with City Manager Frank Martz and Kyle Riva with Alexander Investments International, followed by a speed-networking session with the next generation of real estate professionals from Altamonte Springs’ Summer 2026 internship cohort. Attendees will also learn how the City is using innovation to change its approach to development and real estate projects.
